WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y., and FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — “Meet The Media,” a luncheon event sponsored by the Westchester/Fairfield Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Rye Grill and Bar.
The luncheon will include a panel comprising top area journalists. Guests can learn the best ways to pitch a story to the media while establishing valuable personal industry contacts. Tickets are $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Rye Grill and Bar is at One Station Plaza in Rye. You may register online.
The panel will include: John Falcone, president, The Daily Voice; Robert Schork, editor-in-chief, Westchester Magazine, Westchester Home, 914INC. and Westchester/Hudson Valley Weddings; Ernie Garcia, staff writer, The Journal News; and Lisa Salvadorini, anchor/managing editor, News 12 Westchester/Hudson Valley.
