LEWISBORO, N.Y. The Lewisboro Chamber of Commerce has launched a new website which it hopes will be easier to use and maintain and will perform better.
The website, www.LewisboroChamber.com, is sponsored by Tators Garage with a contribution by Ted Strauss Websites, both of South Salem.
Chamber member Katherine Dawtry said the new website features improved performance and navigation and easier search for businesses. It also allows members to have their own web page for a minimal charge.
Dawtry said the chamber is currently welcoming new members who do business or are based in the Town of Lewisboro. Annual membership is $50 for businesses with six or fewer employees, and $75 for businesses with more than six employees. Optional individual web pages are $20 additional for either category.
Membership entitles businesses to attend a series of networking events during the year, each with a guest speaker discussing some aspect of small business. Members are also entitled to a complete listing on the chambers new website, an invitation to the annual Citizen of the Year cocktail party, and discounts on medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans.
