Polanco comes to Tompkins Mahopac Bank from Hudson Valley Bank and has 38 years of banking experience. In her new role, Polanco will develop personal and business banking relationships, increase market share for the branch within the Ossining community, coach the branch team and identify new opportunities for growth.

Polanco is active in the community as a member of Bronx Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp.
