Complaints Mount As Telemarketers Get Around 'Do Not Call' List

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Despite the existence of a Do Not Call Registry for 12 years, telemarketers are continuing to find ways to get through to annoyed residents with greater frequency, according to CBS News.
