Apple Joining Dow Jones Industrial Average, Replacing AT&T

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Apple Inc. will join the Dow Jones Industrial Average on March 19, replacing AT&T, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Apple’s market value is $736 billion. The technology company reported latest-quarter net income in January of $18 billion, the biggest on record according to the report.
